The Wheelmobile rolled into the Roanoke Civic Center on Saturday.
Hundreds showed up for a chance to make it onto the popular game show, Wheel of Fortune, on WDBJ7 with the real Pat Sajak and Vanna White.
Their stand-ins, Marty and Heidi, got the crowd pumped.
Plenty of locals turned out.
There was even a couple that came from Long Island, New York for a chance to make it on the game show.
Most wanting to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune had years of experience watching the show from home with friends and family!
The Wheelmoblie group was looking for folks who had lots of personality, and each person had a strategy.
"Just make a fool out of myself and try to get attention, which I'm good at...I used to be a cheerleader. So, I can yell and do all that good kind of stuff," said Rhoda Burbage of Salem.
"I've been watching for decades. My mom and I were the ones that got started in on it in Tucson and we just discovered we're really good at it so we thought we'd give it a try," said Debra Mott of Salem.
Your Hometown Station was there in force!
