Earthquake Reported Near Albany; Gov. Cuomo Deploys Senior Officials

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that an earthquake just shook the town of Altamont, outside of Albany. Cuomo issued the following statement just after 5 p.m. Saturday:
