Although Palin was greeted with hand shakes and smiles from local admirers, her visit to New York wasn't immune to some hometown detractors.
While Palin and company met with top brass at FOX News headquarters in Midtown, an unknown vandal managed to tag the former Alaska governor's patriotic-themed "One Nation" tour bus.
"I, the media whore," read a hand written poster plastered on the side of the bus already donning an over-sized "We, The People" preamble to the United States Constitution. Rumproast posted several of the photos on its site Wednesday.
The sign managed to stay on the bus for a reported 15 minutes before being removed by a Palin aide.
Although she hasn't made any official announcement yet, many believe Palin's much-talked about bus tour to the country's historic sites is the first part of a kickoff to a possible Presidential run in 2012.
