ATTICA, Ind. (AP) — A 15-year-old boy has died from injuries suffered in a dirt bike crash at an off-road motorcycle park in western Indiana.
Parker Miller's father says the teen was riding with his grandfather and others at the Badlands Off-Road Park near Attica when the crash happened Monday. Dana Miller tells the Journal & Courier of Lafayette that Parker died Wednesday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Parker was a freshman last school year at Twin Lakes High School in Monticello (mahn-tuh-SEL'-oh).
Badlands Off-Road Park describes itself as an 800-acre, privately owned park that offers a variety of off-road riding courses, including motocross. It is about 20 miles southwest of Lafayette.
