WARSAW – Lindsay Raye Housman, 25 and Charles (Chuck) E. Norris, 29, have been charged with stealing at least two Aluminum flat-bottom boats in the Papakeechie Lake area during the fall of 2012.
Housman was arrested near Raggedy Ann Lane in Enchanted Hills neighborhood on charges of felony theft and burglary. She is being held at the Kosciusko county jail with a $5,000 bond.
Norris was already incarcerated at the Whitley County Jail on prior felony theft charges of felony escape, aggravated battery, and intimidation with a deadly weapon. These charges are unrelated to the boat thefts. Norris is now being charged with a felony burglary and two counts of felony theft charges.
