Two murder suspects in Benton Harbor were officially charged Tuesday.
Brother and sister 19-year-old Ashley Davis of Grand Forks, North Dakota and 28-year-old Jovan Davis of Benton Harbor are both in the Berrien County Jail with a $1 million bond each.
They're accused of a fight that lead to a deadly attack that took place at this home in the 700 block of Ogden Avenue over the weekend.
Police say 25-year-old Gary Alilovich was shot several times and died. Heather Poe, 35, of Benton Harbor was also shot several times and critically wounded.
Poe is reportedly Jovan Davis' ex-girlfriend. We're told she has been upgraded to stable condition.
Jovan is charged with open murder, assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Ashley was charged with being an accessory after the fact, felony firearm, and assault and battery.
The investigation is ongoing.
