MUSKEGON, Mich. (AP) — Authorities say the body of a man has been found along the Lake Michigan shoreline in Muskegon.

The Muskegon Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/NamKaS ) the body was found by a city worker Monday morning at Pere Marquette Park. Authorities say the man appears to be about 55 to 60 years old.

Authorities worked Monday to identify the man. An autopsy was planned.
