An update to a deadly hit-and-run from last month: Elkhart County police have wrapped up their investigation and handed the case over to the prosecutor's office.
Police say a person hit Raymundo Sabag while he was riding his bike on County Road 17 south of the U.S. 20 underpass. It happened early on a Thursday morning as Sabag was going to work.
At the time police said he had lights and reflectors on. At this point the driver hasn't been arrested or charged.
