UPDATE: Mishawaka man dies in crash, two others hurt

SOUTH BEND — Christopher A. Perkins, 40, of Mishawaka, was identified Saturday as the motorist who died in a two-vehicle crash late Friday at Juniper and Cleveland roads in Clay Township.
