CLINTON COUNTY -- Clinton County police arrested Doctor Robert "J" Klitzman of the Eastern Pulaski School Corporation earlier this month on suspicion of drunk driving.
Police pulled him over on State Road 29 north of Michigantown, which is between Lafayette and Indianapolis, after they say he swerved left of center.
Investigators say Klitzman failed a field sobriety test, and registered a blood alcohol content of .10.
The prosecutor's office is reviewing the case.
