Christy, that's probably a good sign you need to stop tanning. If you would like to continue tanning, read my msg to Heather. Just a thought.
I have been fighting for a refund for two months now from this gentleman from when he closed Marcel's in the same manner. No notice, no warnings from the staff to not continue purchasing packages (which leads me to believe they did not know, as they have always been the nicest people), nothing.
I had purchased the most expensive package (afteralll, it's where you save the most money!) only to use it a couple times. Was in one week and returned the following week to find the entire store closed and empty with still no notice on the door. After making several calls, I was directed to Tahitian Sun, where I explained my frustrations. Mr. Graber called me one time following this contact, which I unfortunately missed while at work.
I now have Mr. Graber's personal cell from this call, however he doesn't bothers answering or returning the numerous calls I have made and messages I have left. After seeing this story on the news, it is no wonder he is not illustrating any form of eagerness to make things right.
Heather, I am glad you received a refund from the now closed tanning salon. If or when refunds are issued to other patrons, you can move to Castle Point apartments. The complex has the greatest gift, "FREE TANNING" for residents.
