SOUTH BEND — Police are investigating a report of an embezzlement to an auto business on the city’s south side.
An employee at Ellis Auto Sales in the 2500 block of South Michigan Street is accused of stealing money customers brought in to make car payments, as well as a stereo and a car, according to a police report.
The incidents reportedly occurred between Dec. 20 and Tuesday.
