Elkhart County's 4-H Fairgrounds will see more than 250,000 visitors through the next nine days. And rightly so, given the fair is one of the largest 4-H county fairs in the United States!
The next nine days will be jammed packed with entertainment, food, rides and even more food.
Friday saw the 39th annual cheer leading contest. The 4-H exhibits and Ag Halls are open. Carnival rides have been going all day. And, as WSBT's Rick Schutt found out, "there's a really cool family event called the “sea lion splash” at the family entertainment center."
A bicycle stunt show is set for tonight.
So plenty to do as fair organizers are hoping for a fantastic 2012 fair.
