SOUTH BEND – At least 21 people have died from the flu this season in Indiana.

And the St. Joseph County Health Department says it’s never too late to get vaccinated.

The county health department this week is offering free flu-mist vaccines to uninsured and underinsured school age children.

They’re being given on the 9th floor of the County-City Building from 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. through Friday.

No appointment is necessary.

The St. Joseph County Health Department also has the regular flu shots available for adults, but those are not free.
