Manti Te'o is " MORE THAN WORTHY " of recieving the HEISMAN TROPHY! He has contributed so much to this UNIVERSITY and the loyal and faithful fans of NOTRE DAME.

Te'o would get my vote all day long. Talk about a talent and a class act. I am going to miss him like crazy. But, as a defensive player the odds are against him.

Te'o for Heisman.....has my vote if I could. He is much more than just a football player. He is definitely a class act. For him to go and shake Barkley's hand and wish them luck before the game is a breath of fresh air in the atmosphere of "what's in it for me" and college/pro sports today.
He is the perfect role model for the student athletes today and if he isn't awarded the Hesiman, then, as Kelly said, it should be strictly an offensive award. Big numbers are important but what is more important is how does he impact the team. How does the athlete represent his university and fellow athletes?
Manti is the epitome of what student athletes should be....
Even if we do not win the Championship game, it has been a stellar year and they have nothing to be ashamed of....however.....I feel we will win it. GO IRISH!
