SOUTH BEND – One person has been seriously hurt after a hit-and-run in South Bend Tuesday morning.
Medics and police were called to the 1100 block of South Michigan Street around 7:10 a.m.
That's next to Ivy Tech Community College.
City dispatch tells WSBT the victim was found unconscious, and the driver of the vehicle involved drove off.
