INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The holder of a winning Hoosier Lotto ticket has formed a corporation to handle the $34.5 million jackpot.

Indianapolis attorney Geffrey D. Rainbolt says the winner chose to remain anonymous. To the public, the ticket-holder is known as HLT LLC — short for Hoosier Lottery Ticket LLC.

The Indianapolis Star reports (http://indy.st/x0Woys ) lottery spokesman Al Larsen says a person claimed last weekend's jackpot Friday morning. The winner chose to take the cash option of $15.9 million before income taxes.

Rainbolt accepted an enlarged check from Larsen on the winner's behalf later Friday afternoon.

Rainbolt didn't reveal whether the winner was one person or a group, male or female, or lives in Shelbyville where the ticket was sold. He says the winner wants to keep life on an "even keel."
