Come on now people, the housing market is making a come back. Hahaha
Also remember the property tax caps a few years back? That hurt all our Gov. Hahahaha
Just because they then added a LOIT, Saftey, and increased sales tax does not mean anything. Oh wait they also doubled the LOIT tax a year later. I just is not enough to make up the difference even though they have supposedly cut every dept to the bone as well.
THINK ABOUT IT SOMEONE IS STASHING $$$ FOR A RAINY DAY. LOL

There is something wrong with a system that has someone that works for the county determine the value of a property for the sole purpose of collecting county property taxes.
