There was an injury accident Friday between a car and semi in the westbound lane of the Toll Road -- 59 mile marker, which is in LaPorte County.

This happened around 8 p.m. Both directions were shut down while medflight landed to fly one person to the hospital.

All lanes have since been re-opened.

The injuries are not life-threatening, according to police.
