A St. Joseph County judge has ruled Jersey Mike's sandwich shop has to leave the old College Football Hall of Fame building.
The city said it had no obligation to keep Jersey Mike's as a tenant after the Hall left in December.
The owner told us he had a contract that runs through 2015.
The judge's ruling says that contract isn't valid because the Hall's move to Atlanta is out of the city's control.
The city says it is working with the sandwich shop on a relocation plan, but Jersey Mike's has to be out by the end of this month.
