Judge dismisses Notre Dame lawsuit regarding birth control mandate

SOUTH BEND — A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit by the University of Notre Dame challenging the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requiring employers to provide birth-control coverage.
