NOTRE DAME – On Monday, Notre Dame students, staff, and alumni who are the lucky ones to be picked from the university's Bowl Championship Series ticket lottery will be one step closer to getting their tickets.
The school started shipping them.
Of the 17,000 tickets for next month's title game between Notre Dame and Alabama, 2,500 went to students.
They got to pay a reduced price of $150, thanks to an anonymous donor.
WSBT is told the tickets were stored in a "secure location" on campus until they hit the mail.
If you want to go to the game, there are plenty of tickets available on StubHub.
The "cheapest" is around $1,200. Some suites are going for six figures.
