WARSAW – Over 76 children from Kosciusko County will have a special Christmas, thanks the county’s Christmas with a Cop program.
Kosciusko County FOP members met with families at the Warsaw Walmart to help provide them with clothing and presents.
Families were teamed with officers and allowed to buy children clothing and presents for the holiday season.
“It was great to see Pak-A-Sack/Shell as well as local citizens contribute to assist families dealing with the tough economic times during the holiday season,” said FOP President Chris McKeand. “Due to the community’s efforts, we were able to double the amount of children that we were able to help compared to last year.”
