NOTRE DAME – A popular Notre Dame landmark is closed.
The Morris Inn is shut down for renovations.
A $15 million donation is funding the expansion project.
The hotel is adding and making rooms bigger, updating the plumbing and electrical systems and renovating the lobby.
The renovations will also include a 300-seat ballroom.
The Morris Inn was built in 1952.
