CHARLESTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — Officials have released the names of a southwestern Michigan couple killed in a weekend pickup truck crash.
MLive.com reports (http://bit.ly/WrWzBD ) Timothy and Melinda Roe died in the Saturday afternoon crash.
According to the Kalamazoo County sheriff's department, the 48-year-old Galesburg residents were heading east when the pickup overturned near Interstate 94. Investigators say Melinda Roe was driving. The crash site is in Charleston Township, near Galesburg.
The National Weather Service says conditions were cold and windy at the time, with temperatures about 20 and some snow.
