A southwest Michigan man who said he grew marijuana for medicinal purposes pleaded guilty to three drug charges.
Sean Erhard entered the pleas to two counts of delivery and one count of illegal sale of the drug in Berrien County. Police arrested him last month after they say he sold marijuana to undercover officers.
Erhard owned the Your 3M Medical Marijuana Center in St. Joseph Township. Earlier this month a trial judge had ordered the center closed until further notice. Since then, the landlord of the building has evicted Erhard.
He could receive up to 45 years in prison because of his status as a habitual offender when sentenced next month.
