UPDATE: John Buwa has returned home, as of mid-afternoon Saturday. No other information was immediately available.

Police say a South Bend man's home was burglarized and he is missing. John Buwa was last seen at 10 a.m. Thursday, in the 4300 block of Irish Hills Drive. As of Saturday afternoon, police said he has not yet been found.
Police say the 18-year-old's mother came home from work to find the house ransacked, property missing, and her son gone.
Capt. Phil Trent with the South Bend Police Department says Buwa has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old. The exact circumstances of his disappearance are unclear, but Trent says they are worried about him.
Buwa is 5-foot 10-inches, 120 pounds; has a thin build and blond hair. Police say he left without his shoes.
