Michigan City police have made four arrests in the murder of a man described as a well-known and respected member of the community.
The victim has been identified as 69-year-old Gerald Peters -- one long-time friend of Peters who spoke with WSBT over the phone said he was a businessman, president of the Festival Players Guild at the Mainstreet Theater, and a former school teacher.
