The snow brings up some issues, including making sure your sidewalks are clear. In some cities, like Elkhart, if you don't you could pay for it.

Its 6 degrees outside with the wind chill, I'm not going out to shovel my sidewalk. I think the ordinance says 24 hours after the end of a snow event, so I think I will wait.
