LEAVENWORTH, Ind. (AP) — Conservation officers and volunteers continue to search a southern Indiana forest for a spelunker who hasn't been seen since last weekend.

Conservation Officer Cora Showalter says a small group of volunteers was searching the Harrison-Crawford State Forest for a sixth day Saturday while a team of conservation officers checked caves in the area for signs of Kevin Eve.

The Courier-Journal of Louisville, Ky., reports that conservation officers and four certified spelunkers searched caves for the 25-year-old Georgetown man on Friday but found no traces.

Eve's car was found Monday at the forest near the Ohio River town of Leavenworth. Officials scaled back the search Friday.
