An update to a story we've been following all week – the raid on a South Bend convenience store. We've learned the man who ran it is now in the custody of immigration officials in Chicago.

Yesterday, prosecutors charged Ebrahim Al Malabeh with two felony counts of possessing Viagra and OxyContin. He also faces three other felony charges of unlawful sale of a prescription drug.

Prosecutors say Al Malabeh illegally sold the drugs at the Olive Street Convenience Store.

Police raided the store Monday. It is still open. Tax documents show Al Malabeh manages the store.

He told police he's in the country legally on a visa. His attorney told us he looks forward to defending his client on the charges.
