Southbound traffic on 933 is restricted between Brick and Burk roads due to a gas leak.
According to Clay Fire Territory battalion chief Todd Wetter, firefighters got the call around 11 this morning. A company doing horizontal digging for a utility line accidentally hit a gas line.
The leak has been capped. NIPSCO crews are on scene now, reparing the line.
A few people were evacuated, but they have been allowed back.
