GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) — A teen break-up has apparently led to a sexting investigation involving two students at a western Pennsylvania high school.

State police in Greensburg say a male and female student at Hempfield Area High School in Westmoreland County are being investigated over a cell phone video of each other that they allegedly sent to other students after they broke up.

Police are telling WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh that the video was pornographic and that the teens sent the cell phone video to their respective friends because they were angry with one another after breaking up.

Police say Hempfield administrators called them to the school Friday after learning about the video.

A police spokesman and the school district's superintendent have not immediately returned calls from The Associated Press on Monday.
