Fox59 News has learned the other three suspects in the Carmel assault case are likely to follow Scott Laskowski's lead and will take plea agreements.
However, since the Hendricks County investigators have taken over the bus case, more charges could be filed in that county for the suspects in the bus assault incident.
Meantime, we've also learned a surveillance video from that bus incident is now in the hands of police. A source told Fox59 News that the video clearly shows the accused senior players riding the bus but does not show any sexual hazing.
