Fox59 News has learned another accused former Carmel High School basketball player, Oscar Falodun, will plead gulity. Falodun was among four students accused of attacking a younger classmate.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Sonia Leerkamp is not commenting on whether of not Falodun will enter into a plea deal. Attorney Robert Turner, who represents the victim in this case, says that his client has been told Falodun will change his plea. The plea agreement, according to Turner, drops charges associated with an alleged attack on the back of a school bus.

Turner said in a phone interview with Fox59 that this is denying his client's rights as a victim. Turner went on to say this represents the worst legal ethics violations he's ever encountered and he said he plans to contact the U.S. Justice Department to investigate the unwillingness to prosecute in both Hamilton and Hendricks Counties.

Falodun is expected to plead guilty in a similar arrangement that was agreed to by another one of the accused players, Scott Laskowski.

Laskowski plead guilty in November to one misdemeanor count of criminal recklessness instead of three. Laskowski also agreed to one year probation and 40 hours community service.

Falodun's attorney told Fox59 back in May that his client was not involved in the alleged school bus attack after an away game in Terre Haute. Attorney Mark Sullivan said his client had no part in any sexual attack and that his client was remorseful for his role in a locker room incident, saying Falodun "got caught up" after a weightlifting class.

Turner has called a news conference for Tuesday. Fox59 plans to attend.
