The Indianapolis mother accused of murdering her newborn baby is asking a judge to let her out of jail on bond. The mother, 34-year-old Bei Bei Shuai is accused of ingesting rat poison in December in an attempt to kill herself and her child.People who are accused of murder aren't allowed bond but the woman claims she is not a flight risk and is not a danger to others. Shuai's attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the murder and attempted feticide charges against Shuai.
