Brownsburg Police have requested the public's help locating two burglary suspects.

Surveillance shots were snapped when the pair went on a shopping spree using stolen credit and gift cards. In all, they broke into 15 cars in the Brownsburg Pointe Apartment Complex.

One word summed up the way Kristy Graebner felt after her things were taken.

"I felt very violated knowing they had my life," said Graebner. "My driver's license, all that. I had no proof of ID. I had nothing."

What the pair took included more than $100 that Graebner's daughter Kaylee was saving.

"She bawled. She just started bawling," said Graebner. "She had it in a little girl's wallet and it was in the back seat of my truck, kind of tucked down in. They found that and she had saved $120 dollars in gift cards all on her own."

After Graebner realized her wallet had been taken, she took action. She checked her statements and saw where the pair went shopping. They racked up bills at Red Box, McDonald's, and gas stations. She followed the paper-trail, no matter where it led.

"I went to the gas stations and went looking through their trash bins," said Graebner. "I went and asked the managers if someone had turned in my wallet. I just wanted to see if I could have any of my stuff back."

Neighbor Amber Boyd thinks she may have been awake when the thieves hit.

"I heard a loud bang outside, but I did not go out to look," said Boyd. "I just fell asleep. The next morning all of our cars had been robbed."

Boyd said it was a strange scene, cars left open but no broken glass.

"They obviously got into vehicles that were locked," said Boyd. "How, is beyond my imagination. I have no idea."

After recently losing her wallet, Boyd almost had everything back to normal, now she had to do it all over again.

Both victims hope by sharing their heartache someone will see the surveillance picture, and turn in the men in it.
