One of the four Carmel basketball players accused of assaulting their classmates will have to wait a little longer to learn if his case will be moved out of town.
A hearing for Robert Kitzinger regarding his change of venue request was supposed to take place Thursday. However, that hearing has been moved to September 3rd.
Kitzinger's attorney filed the petition because he claims his client cannot get a fair trial in Hamilton County because of public hostility and intense media coverage. The county prosecutor, however, said she opposes the move due to cost.
