Attorneys for accused former Carmel basketball player, Robert Kitzinger, claim their client cannot get a fair jury trial because of "public hostility" and "prejudicial" media coverage of the case.
Kitzinger along with three of his former teammates all face charges in a series of alleged attacks in a school locker room and on a school bus. No word if the other accused teens will seek a change of venue as well.
