Carmel student assault investigation now includes Hendricks Co. prosecutor

Fox59 News has confirmed the Hendricks Co. prosecutor is now involved in the case. The incident took place in January, along a stretch of I-70 in Hendricks Co. while the boys basketball team was returning home from a game in Terre Haute.

CARMEL, IN—

The investigation into an alleged sex assault aboard a Carmel High School bus has widened.

Fox59 News has confirmed the Hendricks Co. prosecutor is now involved in the case. The incident took place in January, along a stretch of I-70 in Hendricks Co. while the boys basketball team was returning home from a game in Terre Haute.

Three senior players are accused of sexually assaulting a freshman student. Carmel police are investigating the incident. No students have been arrested.
