City attorney releases new version of Carmel assault report

The attorney for the city of Carmel has released a new version of a previous police report that sheds more light into the incident surrounding the high school basketball team.

The report, which is still heavily edited, reveals that the assault was sexual in nature, something Fox59 has reported all along in our investigation.

According to the document, two individuals involved in the assault "held another student down" and "pulled down his shorts."
