The decision in the case against Secretary of State Charlie White is coming earlier than expected.

The State Recount Commission will vote Tuesday on whether White's failure to update his voter registration made him ineligible to run.

White is facing fraud charges for casting a primary vote from his ex-wife's home after signing a lease on a Fishers condo.

Democrats allege White is ineligible because he bought the condo, but didn't update his registration for at least three months.

White goes to trial on those felony charges in August.
