Exclusive: Fox59 obtains new testimony in Carmel bus assault case

Fox59 has obtained a copy of a signed affidavit dated November 16th from Carmel detective Gregory Dawson. This latest development may help the case of Brandon Hoge, one of the four former Carmel High School basketball players accused of attacking a younger student.
