Indianapolis—It's no secret there's a rift between the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department administration. Soon, we may find out how bad it really is.
The FOP asked its members to complete a survey this week. The survey asks how strongly they agree or disagree with statements including: "I have the support of my command staff" and "I believe I am respected and valued by the administration."
Union leaders believe the results will amount to a no-confidence vote on IMPD Chief Paul Ciesielski and Public Safety Director Dr. Frank Straub.
Deadline to complete the survey is Friday.
