Fox59 News has learned a misdemeanor battery charge will be filed in Hendricks County against two former Carmel High School basketball players accused of attacking a younger classmate on a school bus last winter.

We've learned Hendricks County Prosecutor Patricia Baldwin is filing the same misdemeanor charge dropped in Hamilton County for the alleged bus incident against Brandon Hoge and Robert Kitzinger. Hamilton County dropped the charges due to the fact the alleged incident occurred in Hendricks County.
The charges carry a maximum sentence of 180 days.
