Pictures: IMPD Officer Shot During Traffic Stop
IMPD Officer David Moore was shot Sunday morning during a traffic stop in the 3400 block of North Temple Avenue. Police later arrested 60-year-old Thomas Hardy for a robbery that occurred barely an hour after the shooting. Police believe he was the one who shot Moore. Moore was shot twice in the face, as well as the spine.
