We could find out this week when suspended IMPD Officer David Bisard will face a jury. Fox59 News has learned a judge may set the date by Friday. That's when a meeting is scheduled between prosecutors and Bisard's attorneys.

We could find out this week when suspended IMPD Officer David Bisard will face a jury. Fox59 News has learned a judge may set the date by Friday. That's when a meeting is scheduled between prosecutors and Bisard's attorneys.

Officer Bisard faces a reckless homicide charge and two counts of criminal recklessness in connection to the August crash that killed 30-year-old Eric Wells and seriously injured two other motorcyclists.

The judge handling the case says it will likely go to trial in the spring.
