Date change: trial moved for one of four teens accused in assault case

A Hamilton County Judge has set a new trial date for 19-year-old Robert Kitzinger, one of four teens accused of assaulting another on the back of a bus last winter.

Noblesville—

Kitzinger's attorney has requested a change of venue in the case. That hearing is scheduled for December 17th. Kitzinger's jury trial in the case is tentatively slated for February 2011.

Kitzinger, 19-year-old Oscar Falodun, 18-year-old Brandon Hoge, and 20-year-old Scott Laskowski all face charges for the alleged incident on the way back from a basketball game.
