A local mother was arrested after her infant son was found unresponsive Thursday afternoon.
Bambi Glazebrook, 29, was preliminarily charged with murder and neglect resulting in death.
At approximately 3 p.m., officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a home in the 1200 block of Earhart Street after receiving reports of an infant not breathing.
Medics transported the 2-month-old boy to Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health, where he was pronounced deceased.
Glazebrook is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
