The public nudity case against Martinsville’s disgraced former basketball coach was dropped as part of the man’s plea agreement in Morgan County, Fox59 has learned.
Timothy Wolf was arrested in February after being found partially nude in Eagle Creek Park in Marion County. A 17-year-old girl was in the car with him. Wolf was charged with public nudity and indecent exposure.
Those charges have since been dropped in Marion County.
Wolf was sentenced this week in a child seduction case in Morgan County. In exchange for his guilty plea, he will serve nine years of probation and register as a sex offender. He also gave up his teaching license.
